~*~*~* Youth Waterfowl Hunting Clinic *~*~*~
The 2015 Youth Waterfowl Hunting Clinic took place on October 3, 2015 this year at the Pend Orielle Wildlife Management Area, the Boundary Creek Wildlife Management Area and Heyburn State Park.
In 2013 the Youth Waterfowl Clinics had 54 youth participants blasting away, 33 great mentors, 18 IDFG employees helping out (some mentoring), and at total of 61 ducks and 2 geese giving up all they
had for the good cause. The conditions were very duck-worthy and made the event a bit challenging and kids a bit cold, however hunting was great in all three locations. Most parties where out of shells way before
reaching bag limits. Thanks for everyone's help and look forward to next year's clinics.
